Happy Thanksgiving

I have not been posting enough lately, I apologize for that. I just feel as though I have so much do to, but I just never get it done. Laundry for example, I wear absolutely everything in my closet, and then there's this one day where everything gets washed. Well friends, that day has come and gone, without the laundry being done. I always say, I'll do it tomorrow, and tomorrow never comes. But it will Sunday when I get back come. Meanwhile, my poor clothes will sit in a pile over thanksgiving waiting for me to return.

I am heading back to Dallas is about an hour for Thanksgiving festivities. Visiting with family and friends, and eating turkey and dressing the equivalent of my body weight. I suppose since my sister did an excellent job on her thankfuls, I should do one as well. It won't be filled with pictures, and I will most likely be scrutinized for not being poetic and such. She's the better sister, let's go ahead and put that out on the table. Anyway, my list of thankfuls.. I decided that my list would come from my detailed Christmas post. I need to go ahead and add the latest addition to the family though, Cooper. I remember last thanksgiving we were sitting around and Cameron had a shirt on that said "Ask me about the baby." I asked and he said, "My mommy has a baby in her tummy." Well let me tell you Cooper is so cute and loveable, and Cameron is such a good older brother. Already Cooper loves Cameron and wants to be with him all the time. So I am thankful for my nephews, I love both of them very much.
I was going to add photos but it seems that my uploading tool isn't working. Oh well, see Ash's thankful list for visuals. Oh, and I am thankful for bunsie girl ...and that hurricane season is over.

My rant for the day

I was flipping channels today when I saw the greatest thing ever to watch: "NBA Basketball: Dallas Mavericks vs. Philadelphia 76ers". My heart was overjoyed with the thought of spending the evening with Taco Bell and my boys. I push select, and the San Antonio Spurs game was on instead. Why is that? I am totally going to write a very heated letter (or possibly email) to Timewarner Cable and tell them not to get my hopes up again or I will cancel my service all together.

My Corpus girls

Does anyone find it funny that two of my favorite girls here are Kari and Jess. I work with them at gap and we have so much fun hanging out. This would be ironic of course, because two of my favorite Dallas girls are Kerri and Jess. Here's my Corpus girls on our latest adventure.

Kari and I

Jess, Kari, and I

More on them at a later date.
